International Ranger Corp. Enters into Agreement to Acquire Uranium Project January 29, 2009

International Ranger Corp is pleased to announce it has entered into a standstill agreement with a private USA Company, Future Energy  LLC. ( FELLC )

The terms are that FELLC owns 802 unpatented load claims and four State Sections in the state of Utah. Ranger has 30 days to complete its due diligence on the project. This term can be mutually extended if need be and both parties agree.

The property is strategically located in a prime uranium region on the Colorado Plateau, and has been the site of extensive exploration over the past   60 years.  The 802 unpatented lode claims and Four Utah State Sections  total 28 square miles.

The first reported uranium exploration was done by individuals in the 1950s.  In the 1950s, the Atomic Energy Commission drilled shallow holes in Mineral Canyon. Future Energy has preliminary data on these drill holes. In the 1970s, several companies, including the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA), Exxon Corporation, and Morrison Nuclear Company, drilled more than 700 holes, to depths of 600 to 1200 feet.  Exploration ceased after the incident at the Three Mile Island nuclear reactor, and no recent exploration has evidently been done.
